Pros The product is exactly as described, and there are not really any hidden details. The cons This safe has a small footprint. My husband loved it. It arrived quickly. We will be moving to our new home. I will be looking into other products this company has. It is worth the cost and gives you peace of mind that we are supporting a local company. Thank you.

Great pistol storage, we are using it in our RV. The window treatments were too large for the room to fit. But it was worth the wait. We also had the inside light and could insert two pistols with extra clips which is very nice. I use this in my RV for consistent storage, not concealment. It is nice to know that our firearms are always in the same safe and accessible location because things tend to roll and move in a mobile RV. I am thinking of purchasing one for the house and then a few for Christmas gifts.

It really is a nice display piece. It is a great finish and good workmanship.

The photographs on the internet do not accurately portray the event.

I looked at all the safes available on Amazon, and found this safe to be the most effective. A safe built with many materials is harder to break into, so I was looking for heavy duty safes that are harder to break into. Read several Amazon reviews to find what I was looking for. The overall package had every single feature I was looking for. It is 450 pounds design with digital number pad entry with backup keys. Free light up display turn keypad sound on or off theft deterrent alarm ability to turn off/on. There are two electrical and two USB ports inside to charge your stuff. It also has sleek dark powder coat and LED lights on the inside. I am unsure what additional features you would want in a safe. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The Heritage Security 24 gun safe arrived exactly as advertised with all bolted on steel bell feet to sit perfectly on the garage floor. The electronic lock is excellent and has great backup functions. The inside shelving options were perfect for my long guns, handguns, and ammo. I purchased this product on the basis of the 75min fire and 3day water proof rating. The safe is a quality made unit that gives you a sense of security for your weapons and valuables. I was very pleased and would recommend this product.

The third party was not good, but the shipping company subcontracted the delivery. Safe was more than I expected. I wasn't sure what alarm unit it was with, so that was a bonus.

I could not find something better for the price.

I expected it to need to be assembled and was concerned about the condition it would arrive, especially right before Christmas. Surprise arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. As far as assembly is concerned, you do what needs to be done. It is a welding enclosure. I did some modifying for my purposes, but this is a solid investment. Since all this is happening Gun Security should be of prior importance for gun owners.

I had a smaller version of this safe when my home was broken down four weeks ago. They took many things, but regardless of what they tried, they couldn't open the security cabinet. I decided to buy another one, because they did bend and scratch it all up.

I received my product in a good condition. This was delivered by ABS Freight to my home in Wisconsin. The cabinet was in a clean, heavy duty cardboard box with internal cardboard bracing providing spacing around the inside of the box. The bottom was lined with foam padding. The box was mounted on a wood pallet with strapping holding it on it. A pallet jack was used to move the cabinet into my garage. When I took the item out of the box, there was no damage on the cabinet. The finish of the steel is solid and smooth, the color of the steel is black. There is nothing dated about the coating. I have found no chips or hazy paint found anywhere. I would go so far as to call it a car quality type of finish. I hope everyone else experiences similar success as I did in selecting this cabinet. Stack-On has been listening and improving with complaints concerning poor quality and shipping damage. Remember that the keys are inside a hidden flap inside the main box, so do not throw it away too quickly.

I really like this cabinet. The fit and finish are decent and assembly is easy. Peel and stick foam minimizes the sound that you might expect from sheet metal. It was delivered from Chicago via USF Holland, who did a nice job. I suggest that you have a light kit because you will not be able to see what you are doing inside. Amazon has a 6 LED strip motion activated kit from TorchStar. You can install these shelves prior to setting them, but you will have to remove them in order to complete a nice job. I keep this in my garage, it may be a problem for some. I built a plywood and twoxfour base with leg levelers. I attached a cabinet to the wall and the base. I believed that the right side would handle four or five long guns without them getting beat up. I can go up to seven or eight without too much trouble. The left side is filled with 5000 rounds, and three handguns inside their gun rugs. I have an active shooter, and I shoot clays at least once a week. I was looking for a tool to maintain my most utilized firearms safe, organized, and moderately secure. I really enjoyed this cabinet combined with the light kit.

Protect your family and belongings with the WAH LIN PARTS Gun Safe! This safe features a high grade zinc alloy fire resistant panel that provides physical protection against forced entry and lockout mode. The standard size panel is 95mm/3. 74 inches and the weight is 6.35 ounces. To install the battery, remove the keypad face by pressing the tab counterclockwise. For all types of home safes and lock boxes, gun safes, pistol safes, hotel safe, cabinet safe, drop slot safe - this one is for you.

The piece is heavier and bigger than I anticipated. That is an excellent thing. I have spent the last two months looking for a mid cost bio safe, and I am glad that I settled on this one. The keys themselves are secure because of the magnetic plate covering the keyhole. I wish that there was a mute button, but I sleep with the fan on. That will drown out the beeps if anything happened at night. I do not like plastic locks, rather I like steel locks. This will not be quick or easy to rip open. It's possible because it suits its purpose as an emergency bedside safe. I wish this came with a cord to tether it to the table, but the other benefits outweigh the few gripes I have.

This safe impressed me for the price. I rarely write review products. It is a 1/3 price of some brand names safes, but it is as well built and the fingerprint reader works extremely well. I programmed my left, right, and index finger, and have had no difficulties accessing the safe. It is a nice interior light, however it is a bit dim. It holds my Glock 17 pistol and an extra magazine with no problems. Programming the keyboard pad and fingerprint reader was easy. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a quick access gun safe and are considering some of the more popular names like Sentry and Vaultek.

It arrived quickly and was set up very easy. It works as advertised. It is a great relief to have the gun available in a second safe and locked away all the time.

It is very easy to set up, easy to install, easy to make your own code, and feels solid. I have had it since July and have not changed the batteries yet.

It fits nicely with Stoeger Str-9, which is similar to the Lock 19. The S&W 357 Magnum is too large but it doesn't fit. It is difficult to determine what fits into the hammer because of many variables such as the angle of the handle or grip and the length of the slide or barrel. If you measure nine and onehalf inches or less from the muzzle to the bottom backside of the grip, then your gun will fit comfortably. You will need to take that into account if you have a mag that extends beyond the grip. Probably, ten might be pushing it. It could fit but may need an additional shove to get the safe to close. Size reflects how the gun fits inside the safe when it is closed. The part which can hit or rub against the safe is the bottom of the grip or mag. Another consideration is that most revolvers carry thin barrels and lack of a slide. In such a case, they wobble when placed in the padding. It is best for guns that have a slide or rail. I would use this on guns that have the same dimensions, build, and style. Stores up to 50 fingerprints. It doesn't have to be from the same person. For example, both myself and my wife recorded our thumbprints, so we all can have access. The fingerprint sensor is sensitive, therefore you should record multiple positions of the same fingerprint. The manual suggests performing a few performs with different parts of the same finger, but I would recommend at least ten. Too many times in which my thumb was rejected when placed at a slight angle. You will achieve a consistent unlocking by recording different angles and positions. It struggles to record the side of the thumb, forcing a wider area of fingerprint against the surface. It requires an exact fingerprint and is not unsafe. The security code was extremely well executed. You can have set it at four to six numbers. This is helpful in the event your fingerprint is not responding appropriately in an emergency. It is also important to keep a backup key in the event your battery or any other element breaks down. Just make sure that it is well hidden. There are two keys, in the event one gets lost. The safe will require four AA batteries. You need to purchase them separately. It is on the inside of the case at the top. They can be a little awkward to put in and take out. I tried to pull the batteries out, and then allowed the safe to sit unpowered for about an hour. When I put the files back in, my code and fingerprints were still saved. If you want to not repeat the same action when the battery dies, there must be builtin memory. With that said, you can delete the memory if you wish to by using the rest button. It includes 8 mounting screws. The safe can be attached to the side or hung from the bottom of a surface for added stability and security. If you would like to attach it to a wall, you would need to come up with different screws. Keep in mind that the case is quite heavy. I weighed it 8 pounds and 5oz. That does not include gun weight. You would need to be certain it is securely attached or you will damage the surface it is attached to. Overall I am happy with this safe. It has an appealing design and I have the gun in it perfectly. They function as promised. I wish there was room inside the safe for a magazine. It is nice to have a second loaded mag accessible. As it is, the safe only has enough space for one gun. Overall, this safe works well and I am satisfied with it. Note that I originally uploaded visuals of what the gun looked like, but apparently I am not permitted to show a gun on a product made for guns

This safe does what it says it will do, and the fingerprint scanner is quick and accurate about 90% of the time. I have a Glock 19 that is comfortable, and it has room for larger handguns. My only complaint is that the safe does not have a slot for an additional magazine. I had to cut a hole in the foam to fit the magazine. The battery life seems to be good. I have been using it daily for several weeks without having to change batteries. There is no internal safe light. The installation was a little difficult, however, that is probably because of where I put it, which does not give much space for screw drivers, and the installation instructions were clear. Having the biometric instant access to your weapon makes this a very good solution for weapon security and ease of access.

Buyer's Guide

How To Choose The Best Large Gun Safe

A gun safe is a great investment for anyone who owns guns, as they provide protection against theft and fire. However, choosing the right size and type of safe can be tricky - especially if you have never owned one before. This article will help you understand what makes a good gun safe, and give you tips on where to start shopping.

What Is A Large Gun Safe?

Gun safes come in many different sizes, shapes, and styles. They are available for both indoor and outdoor use, and some even offer temperature control features. The most common types of gun safes are wall mounted, floor standing, and desk top models. There are several different brands of gun safes, including Safariland, American Security Products, and others. Each brand has its own unique style and design, but all gun safes work similarly.

The first step in choosing a gun safe is deciding what type of gun safe you want. If you already know exactly what kind of guns you will be storing inside the safe, you may choose a model based on how much space you need. For example, if you plan to only store handguns, you might look at a small handgun safe. On the other hand, if you plan to store rifles, shotguns, and long guns, you might consider a larger size gun safe. You should also think about whether you want an interior light, a combination lock, or no locks at all. Most gun safes include these options, although some models don't.

Where To Buy A Gun Safe

Gun safes are designed to protect firearms. But do gun safes really offer enough protection against burglars?

In reality, most home break-in attempts happen during daylight hours. Most burglaries occur while someone is inside the house. So, if you're worried about protecting your guns, then you probably shouldn't rely solely on a gun safe. Instead, you should think about other security measures. These could include installing motion sensors, alarms, and cameras.

But before you install any kind of alarm system, you should know how big of a threat burglary actually poses to your family. According to the FBI, only 1% of burglaries result in injury or death. Of these incidents, nearly half involve handguns. So, if you live alone, you're likely to be safer using a handgun rather than a rifle or shotgun.

That said, if you live with others, you might still want to invest in a gun safe. After all, you never know when one of your roommates might decide to bring his or her firearm along. Even though you might be able to defend yourself, you might not be able to stop a burglar armed with a long gun.

Still, if you do plan to use a gun safe, you should look for one that offers additional features. For instance, some models allow you to lock your weapons away separately from your valuables. This makes it harder for thieves to steal your guns without stealing your jewelry or electronics.

Another feature worth considering is a combination keypad. Some safes require you to enter a code each time you open the door. Others let you set a default code that unlocks the safe automatically. Either way, this prevents anyone but you from opening the safe.

Finally, you might want to consider a model with a digital display. Many safes now have LCD displays that show information such as the number of days remaining until the safe expires. This lets you check the status of your safe whenever you visit.

When shopping for a gun safe, you should take advantage of online reviews. Also, you should read customer feedback. People who bought the same safe might have had different experiences. So, reading reviews can help you avoid buying a product that doesn't meet your expectations.

As you shop for a gun safe, you should also consider its size. Larger safes are usually better insulated. This keeps your belongings warmer and drier. Smaller safes aren't necessarily bad. However, larger safes hold more items. So, if you're planning to store multiple rifles, shotguns, and pistols, you might want to opt for a bigger safe.

The Importance Of Purchasing A Quality Large Gun Safe

A gun safe is one of those things that most people think they should have, but many never do. Why? Because they assume that they'll just forget about their guns if they leave them somewhere where they aren't easily accessible. This isn't necessarily true. You may find that you simply forgot about your guns because you were so busy living life. Or maybe you left them behind after moving. Whatever the reason, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you've got guns stored safely. And that means having a quality gun safe. A quality gun safe will keep your guns secure and protected.

When it comes to protecting your guns, nothing beats a quality gun safe. These safes come equipped with features like alarms, electronic locks, and keypad entry systems. They even include fireproof doors and bullet proof glass. All of these features ensure that your guns stay safe and sound.

Quality gun safes are built to withstand any kind of attack. Whether it's a home invasion or a break-in attempt, a quality gun safe will protect your guns from harm. Plus, many models offer additional security measures such as steel reinforced walls and door frames.

Having a quality gun safe makes storing your guns convenient. For instance, you can lock up your guns inside the house, then take them outside whenever you want to use them. No more hunting through drawers and cabinets to find your favorite firearm.

If you'd rather not go the DIY route, you can purchase a quality gun safe online. There are plenty of reputable manufacturers who produce quality gun safes. Just make sure that you buy from a company that offers a warranty.

Different Types Of Large Gun Safe

There are many different kinds of gun safes available. Each one serves its own purpose depending on what kind of guns you keep in your home. Here we will look at the main categories of safes and how each one works.

Gun Safes. A gun safe is essentially a box that keeps your firearms secure. These are normally built to withstand extreme temperatures and humidity levels. These are also designed to protect against fire and theft. When choosing a safe, you should consider the size of your collection. Smaller collections might fit in smaller safes while larger collections could use a bigger safe.

Safe Level. A safe level is simply a label placed on a safe indicating the maximum number of guns that can be stored inside. For example, a safe labeled "safe level 5" means that up to five handguns can be kept inside. Larger safes will have multiple labels indicating the number of guns that can be stored inside.

Extra Large Safes. Extra large safes are designed to hold everything from rifles to shotguns to ammunition. Large Gun Safes are also known as "gun cabinets". These safes are usually big enough to house two full sized hunting rifles. These are also capable of storing long guns like AR-15s and AK-47s. These are also designed to withstand heavy loads and are therefore heavier than standard safes.
