Karma waters are made using Himalayan spring water that has been infused with natural minerals and herbs for health benefits. They are available in two flavors: lemon and orange. The bottles come with an airtight seal and a straw, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the water without having to open the cap every time you want to take a sip.
Karma Water has been around since 2008. But only recently did we start offering our products online. We started selling karmas in grocery stores in 2011. Then, we expanded to natural food stores. Karma Water is now sold in over 30 countries worldwide.
We were inspired to create this product after reading Dr. Andrew Weil’s book “Spontaneous Healing.” He says that drinking alkaline water is one of the best things you can do for your health. Alkaline water neutralizes toxins in the body. It also cleanses the blood and boosts immunity. Our goal was to develop a delicious drink that would taste great and deliver these benefits.
Our original formula contained organic lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt, cayenne pepper, and turmeric. These ingredients are known for their antioxidant properties. We wanted to add ginger root to the recipe because it contains anti-inflammatory compounds. Ginger root is also known to improve digestion.
The result was a refreshing beverage that tasted great and had powerful healing powers. Since then, we have made several changes to the formula. First, we replaced the Himalayan salt with sea salt. Second, we switched from apple cider vinegar to white distilled vinegar. Third, we added cinnamon and vanilla extract to enhance the flavor. Fourth, we reduced the amount of lemon juice and increased the amount of cayenne pepper. Finally, we added ginger root powder to increase its bioavailability.
In addition to being tasty, our new formula delivers powerful antioxidants, detoxifies the liver, improves digestion, and strengthens the immune system. It also tastes great. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Yes, Karma Water has been proven to improve digestion, boost immunity, reduce inflammation, increase energy levels, and even promote weight loss.
Drink 1 glass every day. If you don't like the taste, try adding a splash of lemon juice or lime juice to your water. Or, mix 2 parts water to 1 part fruit juice.
You'll want to choose a brand of water that has at least 10 mg/L of dissolved solids. Dissolved solids include calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, chloride, sulfates, nitrates, phosphorous, carbon dioxide, and oxygen. All of these elements are important for human health. Most tap water has less than 5 mg/L of dissolved solids.
Bottled water is great when you're traveling or camping, but it doesn't contain all of the same nutrients found in natural spring water. Plus, most bottled waters are filtered through plastic bottles, which leaches chemicals into the water. And, they aren't always safe to drink. They can contain BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals.
Distilled water is great for making ice cubes, washing dishes, cleaning, and watering plants. But, it isn't suitable for drinking. Distillation removes nearly all of the minerals from the water, leaving behind nothing but H2O. That means that distilled water lacks the trace minerals needed for optimal nutrition. Also, distilled water is highly acidic, which can harm your body.
Reverse osmosis water is similar to distilled water. However, it uses high pressure to force pure water through a membrane filter. As a result, it retains almost all of the minerals found in natural spring water. Reverse osmosis water is considered to be safer than tap water, since it won't give off harmful toxins. However, it costs more money than regular tap water.
Purified water is another option. Purification involves filtering out impurities such as chlorine, chloramines, and bacteria. Unfortunately, purifying water takes away its nutritional value. So, it's not really worth it.
Ionized water is produced by passing electric current through water. Ionization creates positively charged ions, which helps to balance negative charges in the body. Ionized water is said to be helpful for detoxing the body, improving skin, and promoting hair growth.
Alkaline water is produced by combining hydrogen peroxide with either baking soda or sea salt.
