Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray (FPNS) is a prescription medication used to treat seasonal allergies. It works by decreasing inflammation and swelling in the nose, sinuses and throat. This product contains 2% benzalkonium chloride, which is a preservative. Benzalkonium chloride is considered safe for topical application.
