Brooks Bedlam is a line of children’s clothing for boys and girls. The Brooks brand was founded in 1894 by Charles H. Brooks, who started his company after he saw an advertisement for “The Little Giant” shoe. He began making shoes for adults but eventually decided to make shoes specifically for children.
