I am very glad I do not have to carry keys anymore. This smart lock is simple to install and very secure. The instructions were very intuitive and the assembly of the lock into the door was surprisingly satisfying. I enjoy the way the bolt attaches itself to the lock body. The included exterior lock cylinder is clean and sharp looking. I was concerned about the matte black color but I think it looks great in person. I really enjoyed the Home Kit compatibility and felt it was well thought out. I am very positive regarding Siri locking my door. From installation to app UI and usability. Everything is quick and smooth.
We were looking for a smart lock for quite some time and finally settled for this one. I am very happy with my purchase. The lock arrived in a beautiful package and the quality is excellent. It took me only a few minutes to install. The unit is equipped with all the instructions. The installation took us roughly fifteen minutes. We had a few questions about how to remove the lock, so we called customer service and they were very quick in responding to my request. The lock works like charm, is easy to lock and unlock for kids and can be unlocked when it is dark. Overall, we are very pleased with the product. We highly recommend this smart lock.
I keep selecting their bolt and touch edition models. The Level Lock was perfect when it came out. My requirements were simple work with my Apple Watch, with a HomeKit app for guests and easy access for the grandparents with a key. I prefer black. I will be ordering a matching handleset for my new home renovation. I will definitely return for more after taking this for a longer spin. $249 is a great price point for what you are getting. Installing was easy. I had a brand new cut door and I did not have to do any retrofitting.
I had been looking for a smart lock but was unable to find anything that was slim or similar. This little one caught my attention because of this design and integration with Homekit. The lock comes with excellent packaging and precise instructions to install. The integration between apps and homekit was simple and completed in less than a minute. I have integrated the new system with other systems in the Home Automation system and it works great every time. That is a good product and a must have.
We required a lock for our back rental unit, and we wanted to install a smart lock. All of the other ones I have seen look too bulky or ugly, but this one is not. Level Lock is similar to a normal lock, but more intelligent when you have it hidden. The door installation was easy, considering we had a brand new door. The product is called a short strike plate, which I ordered from Level's website, since the plate was too long. There is no problem, though. The lock was quickly set up for renters.

The Yale Assure Lock is the first smart lock that lets you use your voice to open and close your door. It works with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can ask Alexa to unlock your door, or Google Assistant to open your door. And with the Yale Assure Lock, you can even ask Alexa to re-lock your door after you leave. Just say "Alexa, lock my door" or "Google, lock my door" and your door will be locked or unlocked. The Yale Assure Lock also has a touchscreen keypad that lets you enter your PIN code. If you forget your PIN code, you can use the touch screen to enter your PIN code. And the Assure Lock can also be controlled with your smart home system. You can use your smartphone or tablet to check the status of your door lock and unlock it with the Assure Lock.
The door will not lock, and emits a tone. I suppose that is to alert me that the batteries are too low to continue to operate. These are the original batteries that came with the unit. I am quite pleased with their longevity however, be careful during installation to ensure that the lock can cleanly and smoothly lock without having to push the door. Additionally, the radio module does not come preinstalled. It is in a small white box inside the cardboard, which is easy to overlook. Before you install the radio module, ensure that you do not throw anything away. There are conflicting reviews of this lock in terms of how it behaves with Alexa. You have everything that you need. There are no additional hubs for me. If you are using Echo Plus please ensure that you are purchasing the Zigbee version of this lock. The unlock feature is disabled by default. You need to enable it by selecting the lock device inside the Alexa app's Smart Home section. There are two unlock options. The remote can be reached via Alexa's app, similar to the way that lights work. The application voice requires the creation of a fourdigit PIN which must be confirmed every time you ask Alexa to unlock the lock. The lock itself has some nice features. When you touch the screen, it will lock automatically. You can set an autolock with time specified between 30 seconds and 3 minutes if I remember correctly. That is 3 I just finished installing pairing, and checking the functionality. I will update the review as needed if things proceed to be unfortunate from here. I will add information concerning the battery life once I have it. Open the door and then lock the deadbolt. Place your palm on the touchscreen to wake it up. Enter your master PIN code and hit the gear icon to enter menu mode. When you click the gear icon, make sure to click on number seven. I hope you didn't throw away anything. You can tell Alexa to discover devices. When visiting Alexa, she might tell you about her discovery process, however, the key you should use is the number one button on the touchscreen followed by the gear key. In order, you can set the lock to pairing mode. If you do this before telling Alexa to discover it, the lock will most likely time out before Alexa can discover it. Alexa is very loud, so you should trust me, you will not miss it.
I purchased this product because it says it works with an Alexa Echo device. Let me tell you how difficult it was to set it up. There is no walkthrough in the package instructions nor on the tech support phone number. I thought that it was possible they sent the wrong one. After hours of technical support calls with Yale and Alexa support, I was at a dead end. I continued to search online and finally found some information. You do not want to select the locks > Yale option in Alexa. Search for other and make sure that you lock is in network mode. I found it in Alexa and it was configured with it in seconds, while Yahoo support had no idea what to do. I didn't like support. I am pleased with the Smart Lock and have had no issues.
I bought this to replace an identical one without the smart feature. The replacement part did not need to be long or complicated. The connection was immediately established with Xfinity Home. Now, I can remotely lock or unlock my door, or check if I left the door unlocked, and lock it from my bed without having to get up and walk to see it. The only disadvantage is that it is only accessible to one system, Xfinity or Alexa. Aside from that, I am very satisfied.
I have four of these locks and a ZigBee module on my doors. The first two I purchased in July 2018 from Amazon had the installation included. They were so perfect that I bought two more from Amazon and had a handyman install them. They install easily where there were existing deadbolts. There was not much drilling involved, however, all installations required carving out a little extra space for the length of the deadbolt, since it was longer than the preexisting deadbolt. Set up with the Echo Show 10 2nd generation, with the Zigbee compatible hub, and Alexa took some time because I was not sure what to do. I can tell the echo show to lock all the doors or unlock them. I can access the Alexa app at home or away, even in a different country, as long as I have internet and check the status of the locks. The only time the lock failed to lock was when someone did not fully close the door. I am unable to do that on the Alexa app. I have never had a problem with any of them.
I am very glad that I purchased this. It works great with my Hubitat hub. Ability to add multiple pins to the system for access. The keypad works great. I love the back light and lock with a handswipe and/or timer. Your door will be locked and unlocked when using the Hubitat hub and the status will be checked by the Alexa device. You need to make sure it fits. Re drilling is a concern if the hole diameter is not adequate.

I received the product this morning. Installed over existing deadbolt lock without any additional modifications. I did not drill an additional hole in the door. The lock is very strong. Installation instruction could be more complete but not much if you are a somewhat handy person. Lock is good made, and the TTlok app works well. I am going to buy a wifi gateway and add it to my cart when it comes out as an additional functionality. I also installed the gateway and it works well. To be able to access the gateway, the location of the lock must be close. Mine is around ten feet from where my friend is located.
I lose my keys all the time and was worried that I would lock my door due to this. The answer to my prayers was this. All you need to do is to activate with the touch of a button. If I want to let someone in while I am away, I can use the app on any network to unlock it remotely. I did not install it however a friend did and stated that it was very simple and had it done quickly. He mentioned he was using the included screwdriver. This looks great on my door and it has worked flawlessly. I have had it installed for almost a month and a half with no issues whatsoever. The app is well constructed, attractive and the design works perfectly as it should.
Before I purchased the lock, I called customer service. Jessy answered all of my questions very helpfully. I bought the lock. It can be installed into the existing hole. I purchased an Apple phone, and paired it to that device. I find it very effective and it has easy to follow instructions. I cannot wait to install the gateway to remotely operate the lock. I rent my Lakehouse on Airbnb. I love the idea of remotely programming the lock for each individual renter. Thank you for receiving help from Jessica in Customer Service. I felt wonderful that you had advice on a new idea. I am considering another lock for my personal home because I like the convenience of the touchscreen.
My husband attempted to enter without reading the directions, and was irritated. The easy answer to the +1 is to sign up for your account on the TTLock account. I had a bit of trouble syncing it to my Alexa. I did not know that until I read the reviews on the Alexa app, so I spent twenty minutes retyping in my password for the TTLock app to connect it to Alexa. If this does not make sense, then read it again when you decide to connect the two, it will make perfect sense.
A husband that does not read directions. After the event we downloaded the app which was amazing and he was thrilled that I can receive one code without having to delete it.
