This safe arrived on time. I like its features. I have yet to receive a response regarding this issue, although I have already sent an email twice. They do not have a phone number to contact.
This vault is well built with easy programming. It is delivered a day early.

I was hesitant to think that this would work. After the battery died, I spent two hours figuring out a way to get into my safe. I found this gadget. I added batteries to the device and plugged it in. We were back in our safe environment, as usual. Do not save this device in your safe. A safe will not unlock unless your fingerprint is original. You should keep something safe and be with someone who will trust you. I cannot remember whether it was on this website or elsewhere.
It appears to be Original Equipment Manufacturer. I ordered this for because I misplaced the safe that was shipped with it. I am able to locate the original. Now, if the battery in the safe runs down, I have two external power supplies to misplace.
This was a life saver. The batteries of my biometric safe fell out, I was fortunate and, after a couple of weeks, I stumbled upon this beauty. I found the package to be all I needed within a minute of opening it.
I broke out of my safe, and the batteries died without warning. The keys had been lost. Plug it in and get access, and I was able to change out the batteries in the safe.
I had a safe where the internal battery died and I could not open it. I opened the safe with my battery pack.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
This item arrived nearly a week early, but was slightly damaged during shipping. After describing the problem to the Steelwater folks who responded in less than 24 hours to assure me that the safe would function as expected, I was presented with three options either return for replacement return with refund or keep the safe and be refunded the shipping insurance cost.
I assisted the driver. The box arrived UPS. I chose to keep it because it had minor damage to two corners. I am sure the damage was caused by shipping from Korea. The inner box showed damage, but the outer box was perfect. The key lock has a unique divot key setup, it would be difficult to copy. It has two keys, and it is standard. Although the combination lock may seem rather flimsy, it actually works quite well. The mechanisms can be accessed from the inside behind a plastic cover. The locks have been kept dry without use of lubrication oils. You could change the combination if you so desired. I left it as it was there was no reason to fiddle with it. The dual lock arrangement makes it very secure, and there are no batteries required. This product was shipped directly from Steelwater and arrived a week earlier than anticipated. Assist delivery by staying close at the time. Keep the original boxes and cut them up into large pieces using cardboard to slide the safe into position. It is too heavy to lift. I lined the inside walls with plank foam, and put a little weatherstripping on the inside of the door frame. This makes for a tight seal. I use a safe to hold my pistols and it works well. It was an excellent purchase, and it is highly recommended.
The safe was delivered within the estimated delivery window. The outer package was attractive but there were several dents on the safe so I was willing to live with it and avoid moving this very heavy item. A prompt call from the seller containing the option of another safe, or a partial refund, provided you mention the problem in the feedback. Points for customer satisfaction. As the package is large and heavy, shipping can be difficult. A few pieces of cardboard and some foam will not protect a 120+lb safe from drop damage. I suggest placing a Shockwatch on the package that would alert the customer with a visual indication when the safe had been mishandled. A drop resulting in a g level about a threshold would break a vial with dye in it. I would suggest placing a wood frame around the edges to reduce the damage, and to spread the impact forces, to help protect the safe. I hope I never have to test the fire rating on this safe. I live in an area prone to wildfires, so a two hour fire rating might not be sufficient if the whole block is on fire. Another fireproof option would be to use a waterproof container and drop it into a swimming pool.
It is a good safe that requires no electronics or batteries. It is a great place to store gold, jewels, and even glocks The ideal combination lock with key is very accurate. This large animal is very heavy. It may get a little clingy while it is shipping. Mine had two corners flattened, but it does not damage the integrity of the safe. It will not become unsafe, you should ignore this situation.
Steelwater Gun Safes, which arrived damaged, was responsive and able to resolve the issue quickly. It was appreciated. The safe is strong and heavy. It has a combination that is provided and it cannot be opened without the key as well, so it has two layers of safety. The case holds my laptop and other things and allows ample room for my personal needs.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
I find safe to be very amusing. 1) This is actual steel. It is difficult to find because there are bolt locks that are all around the door and not just on one side. So it will remember your code forever even with no power. Then, if your battery dies then simply put some new batteries in it or use a power pack. You can use the old code and still get into it. This safe was one of the most affordable and does have a moderate amount of protection. If you have valuable items that are trying to keep them safe, I would recommend this.
The safe is extremely heavy and solid. I feel very comfortable keeping my valuables in here. The instructions explain how to set codes perfectly and make it easy. I received it in perfect condition. I suggest that you replace the silica gel that came with mine. Safes accumulate moisture quickly. The delivery was quick and the communication with the seller Steelwater Gun Safes was a great customer experience.
I like it because it is made of good quality, safe materials. It is heavy for a small safe. It requires two persons to manipulate it by hand. Larger safes must be picked up at a freight depot by an 18 wheeler. Good luck getting a 450lb safe in your truck, let alone carrying it into the house. The safe weights just under the 250 pounds limit of UPS so you can have it delivered to your door. Take it into the house with a dolly.
The movie Safe was exactly as advertised. I appreciated the anchoring bolt and its simple programming. I feel that my important documents are protected from fire, fire hose water, and intruders. I adored it so much that shortly after I received it I ordered a gun safe.
This product is not in a disorganized state. If you screw it to the floor in a concealed position it will be pretty secure. The construction is made of heavy gauge steel. I compared the safes they sell in the big box stores and here on Amazon, and I found no comparable product. Those other items are toy items made of plastic parts. I am happy that I spent the extra money.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
The saying, This is a great safe. It is solid, strong and high quality. We purchased an older dial lock model that is simple to use, and has no electronics to break or foul up. It is heavy enough to deter theft but not so heavy that you cannot get it into your apartment. We find that it is a safe location for New York apartment life.
I really like this. It looks good and is well made.
This safe features a very high quality. I love the storage tray. This is a great way to secure important documents. Mine arrived damaged. Bryan at HomeTek arranged FedEx pickup for me and sent me another one. HomeTek took advantage of a greater demand for customer service. It would be a great place to live in such a safe location. By the way, the safe is a light gray, not white, like the picture.

I did not normally write reviews. But, I am very impressed with this safe and I felt the need to. I conducted extensive research prior to deciding on the safes I would recommend, such as the Amsec wall safes. I called Dean Safe to ask them my long list of questions, they answered everything that I needed to know. I was confident in the decision I made until I finally purchased the stealth wall safe. The safe is heavy duty and I would recommend that you have a professional install it. The door on the safe is extremely thick and makes it very difficult to break in. I was a little nervous about the lock but it's actually very easy to use. It arrived in an excellent condition due to the extra padding it had inside. I wanted a wall safe made in the United States. I received exactly what I wanted. If you are considering getting one, I would suggest doing your research. I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend this wall safe. I will also consider purchasing more product from Stealth and Dean Safe in the future.
The song Safe was delivered with a deep gouge on the door. It appears like it was painted over at the factory. Update, I purchased another one, and this arrived without damage. They refunded my money for the return.
The best wall safe in existence seems to be fierce.
I do not believe my product has a fingerprint reader. If it does I am not sure of the proper way to use it.
It's extremely easy to use. The instructions and installation was effortless.
