WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
It came assembled, and did not require a lot of assembly. The drawer bottom does not lock, and there are no wheels, which is not a huge concern to me. The cabinet is strong enough to place items on top of it without any concerns, but not super tough. If someone truly wanted into the top drawers, they could but they would most likely have to damage it to do it. There were no scratches or nicks when it arrived in the mail. If this occurs and you cannot find the keys, you should tip the cabinet down and shake the bottom of it. I did this because my keys fell out.
The song, which is performed under my desk, works perfectly. The handles are the only assembly, and they are done on minutes. The shipping was quicker than planned and arrived unaffected. By the way, the drawers open more than half. I believe they do not completely open, out of safety reasons, so the unit will not tilt.
I really enjoy this tiny file cabinet. It is light weight but not too light and therefore stable. The drawers glide out extremely smoothly. Putting the handles on was a breeze. I prefer to have the high sides, which eliminate the need for a rack inside. The only issue is that the drawers do not completely pull out. It is easy to reach the back of each drawer. I like the white, which is a cement white. It is a pretty and efficient filing system that includes pink drop down files and neat labels.
Just add the handles, and it is ready to go. Although it is not a heavy design as you find in commercial units, I am very pleased with it for my home office. There are two hanging drawers and one small drawer. I also use this as my printer stand. The price was reasonable and the quality of the product was excellent.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
We are seniors and tired of being asked to do the assembly. This filing cabinet is neatly and safely packed. It's heavy, but you do not want to return it. It is a nice detail that the bottom drawer is with a caster attached to the bottom middle front. The only things that should be screwed on are handles and casters, not rocket science. My husband and I are pleased with this purchase.
It was exactly what I needed to store in the bathroom. There were no issues with drawers. You cannot open all at once because it does not want you to tip it, but all of them open fine individually. Other rates noted problems with this which I did not experience.
This product is excellent. The machine came fully assembled with no modifications except for the handling and castors, which moved quickly. It is in perfect shape, no mars or dings, and is well packed. It has a nice, deep cherry finish. A great addition to my home office or more precisely, my dining room's
I just added a Sunon desktop to a couple of Sunon standing desks with two file cabinets and drawers. It is reasonably priced and it works beautifully.
It even has a wheel attachment to attach to the front of the file drawer. One thing that's odd is the sides on the top are not flush with the top of the cabinet. presumably so things don't fall off the back or side. I ordered two and planned to put a cube storage unit on top, but had to make some adjustments since it was not flat from the top to the sides. Just keep in mind if you are planning to put another shelf or box on top of them.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
I needed a file cabinet while refinishing my office. I searched for every cabinet on Amazon. I have experienced many cabinets that contain bad qualities. I finally settled on Mount It. I am happy, because I acquired a portable file cabinet that has three drawers. It was assembled fully except for the wheels which I was not going to use anyway. The drawer slides are of excellent quality because they are made of 100% steel. The packaging was a significant industrial strength. The cabinet and the packaging reflect the excellent design and engineering of this company. The unit arrived five days after I ordered it. It arrived by UPS. There is no charge for freight. I am very happy with this purchase. I think it will provide a long lasting benefit.
This item could be compared to any similar cabinet drawer. The quality is above the price line. It is clean looking and functional. I use letter sized files, and I had to hang it horizontally while I wanted to hang it vertically. The box came with a perfect sized box of material to protect the cabinet itself. I had enough space in the room to insert a paper file box. I believe they have used more metal to protect it.
What an amazing experience. From unpacking it and rolling it underneath my desk. The packaging was impressive. This ensured that you would not suffer any damage when you receive the product. It was simple to assemble, but the two bolts needed a bit of skill. The instructions were so small, it required a magnifying glass. The drawers slide easily in and out of the cabinet. It cleverly allows you to open only one drawer at a time so it does not tip over. The wheels can easily be rolled in any direction. I find that to be more tractive than that.
The packing was incredible. The item arrived in a very good condition.
Excellent quality and my service was prompt. Sadly, the cabinet was not completely complete. However, the problem might have been manufactured. I would recommend this vendor and this product.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
I ordered two of these. One of them arrived fully packed for protection. The second arrived, only protected at the top and bottom. Both were fully functional and damage free. Furniture sliders work well for one person moving them to where you want them. I purchased them for craft supplies weaving thread on cones that do not fit well in storage tubs. I was very happy with my purchase and would buy again.
The filing cabinet was packed securely and arrived without damage. This is in stark contrast to lower cost and quality filing cabinets that typically arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Mechanism Made in the USA. The drawers slide smoothly. That means lock all four drawers. The drawers interlock so you can only open one at a time. There is no visible metallic warping. It looks good enough to be out in a public area of my house.
I received it Friday morning, before 9am, in the promised three hour window. It was packed well and in perfect condition. It appears sturdy and all parts have had no problems. I think it would be perfect for my personal, business, and genealogy files.
I made a mistake when I did not follow the instructions. It is strictly safe to open only one cabinet at a time. I did not read the instructions, I opened all the cabinets to put all of my files in there. I was unable to open all of them. I believed this cabinet was having trouble. This cabinets has been designed to function perfectly, even when using an origanizing of files. The price is very reasonable.
There's nothing more to say, other than that it was a great purchase.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
I really like this product but I did not get much positive feedback. It fits exactly in the location I prefer it. There is enough room for everything with only one drawer left over. I'm sure it'll get filled. It is light weight and easy to put handles on. Do not need an inside rack for files. It is full of every essential feature.
Simply fix on the handles. Drawers are easy to open and close, and that is what I need. The only thing that would make it perfect would be if all three drawers locked. Only the top two locks but the description makes that clear prior to purchase. I would recommend this product.
It fits very nicely in my closet and allows me to store important documents. Lightweight is not the best choice for heavier items.
The only thing required is to simply screw on the handles. I would definitely order it again because it was well packed and arrived on time.
It serves a nice purpose for me it is a filing cabinet. I wanted a light weight cabinet that I could handle by myself.
WHAT WE LIKED MOST:
Assembly was easy but it took a while. I hear reviews that said it was uneven or not close, but mine came out perfect. My husband and I were putting it together, but at the end the drawer did not go in all the way. It turned out that we screwed the rolling thing about an inch off, therefore it was our mistake. We moved it to the correct spot, and it worked fine. I love this. I need more than I already have. I believe the bad reviews are attributable to people who did not do it correctly or are too impatient. However, some holes where you need to put a screw were missing. We had a drill so it was fine. The wheel was in a spot where you really did not need one, anyway two screws held it nicely, where the third required a hole to be created. It is strong enough to hold your basic office supplies, papers, folders, etc. Wheels work fine on carpet. I hope that all is made sense.
I really liked the price of this file cabinet. When my husband first saw the pieces, he told me that maybe we should have paid more, and bought one at the store assembled. My husband, who is extremely mechanical, used two hours to assemble the item. He took his time and got organized while making it. He stated that it contained all of the necessary pieces, that the instructions contained details and pictures, which for him is satisfactory, and he completed the activity without assistance from anyone else. He didn't get frustrated but he is methodical and patient. It fits perfectly under the desk table I purchased on Amazon. I am not a mechanical person or a patient, therefore I would not have erected the cabinet myself. I am very happy with my choice.
I was unaware of the excessive expense associated with filing cabinets. The item I purchased for my office was extremely easy to assemble (approximately fifteen minutes, if that is correct). It arrived in perfect shape, at the correct height to extend my desk. I enjoy the desk drawer at the top. It fits perfectly into a corner and can hold a decent amount of files. The only thing that is not that good is the fact that the drawers do not come out all the way, so getting to files in the very back can be somewhat difficult if you do not leave any wiggle room. My other opinions about the subject matter are positive.
It looks sleek and clean, and matches the other furniture in my small bedroom. I'm very satisfied with this wood file cabinet. The instructions are very detailed. The manufacturer suggests that two individuals be required to assemble it. It has many small pieces, and requires some time to assemble. The drawers are smooth and it is strong.
I cannot say enough about how responsive this company has been. They worked with me to get the heavy box returned and my money refunded. It appears to be a wellmade and attractive product for someone who is handy and able to put things together.
