The company’s goal is to take the best of computers and humans and eliminate the boring and menial work that people shouldn't be doing while making work more meaningful and enjoyable for those doing it. Quandri is passionate about repurposing one million process hours to meaningful, human work.

The company was founded by Jackson, who studied finance at the University of Calgary before spending most of his career building and scaling startups in Vancouver. Jamieson is a computer engineering graduate who specialized in computational intelligence at the University of Victoria, and Drijon studied computer science on a full ride at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, where he explored his passion for software and artificial intelligence. Babak, a software engineer, has a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Concordia University in Montreal. Stuthi has experience in supply chain, operations, and process improvement, and Jainesh is a Machine Learning Engineer. Christine, a user experience (UX) designer, studied at Emily Carr University, and Russell has a flexible, mixed-bag education in Data Science, Bioinformatics and Finance. Laura is a software engineer, and Parth has a passion for finding optimal solutions with the use of AI and deep learning. David has been architecting and managing large-scale cloud products and organizations for over 20 years, and Max has been helping startups scale for over six years. Jeremy is a finance graduate and has a passion for sales and technology. Aashna studied at UBC Sauder School of Business and is passionate about managing different departments and learning new things each day.

Quandri started as a solution that the founders developed to automate repetitive and error-prone tasks at a past company that was hard to staff and wasn't completed reliably. After realizing the value of implementing automation technology and seeing its potential for other SMBs, the founders decided to start Quandri to bring it to the masses. The company pivoted to serving the insurance brokerage market, which was underserved by technology vendors and inundated with manual and repetitive work. Quandri partners deeply with brokers, allowing them the freedom to build their business on their terms while being equipped with the tools they need to make the changes they want.
